How do you make the power of new technology tangible for an organization already overflowing with communication tools? For IBM, we organized two sessions in which virtual reality was not only discussed but also experienced.

The sessions

  • Interactive presentation for IBM iX
    What can VR add to IBM’s existing communication tools? How can it be more than decks, videos, and workshops?

  • Young IBM Meetup
    How can VR contribute to the Diversity & Inclusion program and bring people closer together?

Our approach

We chose compact, hands-on sessions in which the added value of 360° VR became immediately tangible — not through theory, but through experience:

  • Live demos of 360° experiences and interactive environments

  • Short case stories to make the impact of VR concrete

  • Co-creation assignments where participants developed their own applications

The result

The sessions demonstrated how VR can deepen communication and strengthen inclusion. By literally seeing through someone else’s eyes, participants gained more empathy and new ideas. For IBM, this was not just another tool, but an accelerator: technology that builds connection where words sometimes fall short.
