Branding and Recruitment Campaign for Orsima – Bukom, Group Peeters, and Conservator

How do you show that working in an industry is about more than just technology and processes? By letting the people themselves tell the story. For Orsima, we developed the strategy and concept for a campaign in which employees became the faces of their sector.

Our approach

We searched for energetic, passionate, and representative employees who could share their work with pride and enthusiasm. Their personal stories became the foundation for three video portraits — making them the ambassadors of Orsima.

The campaign was intentionally inclusive: a diverse group of employees — men and women from various cultural backgrounds — showed that this industry offers space for anyone who wants to work with craftsmanship and passion.

The Execution

Each video (two to two and a half minutes) presented a personal encounter. The employees spoke candidly about their education, their work, and their motivation. Their stories were interwoven with scenes from daily practice: innovative work methods, graphic elements in the campaign style, and fitting music.

The campaign went beyond recruitment. The videos inspired and informed, highlighted the versatility of the industry, and made one thing clear: behind every sector are people who take pride in what they do — and who invite others to join them.
